We offer a full refund within 90 days of your initial purchase of our AI-powered marketing products services. This is a "no questions asked" policy, meaning you can request a refund for any reason within this timeframe.

While our policy is "no questions asked," we do have a few practical considerations:

  • The refund period is valid for 90 days from the date of your original purchase.
  • This policy applies to the initial purchase of our product or service. Renewals or subsequent purchases may be subject to a different policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

 

Timeframe for Refund Requests:

You have ninety (90) days from the date of your initial purchase to request a refund under this policy. Requests made after this 90-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Services Delivered in Full and Accepted (for DFY): For "Done For You" services where the agreed-upon deliverables have been delivered to you, a refund may not be granted.   • Third-Party Costs: This policy covers the fees paid directly to AI-Copilots. Any costs incurred through third-party services that you may have independently engaged with are not covered by this refund policy.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under German law, including the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for consumers in certain circumstances.
