Cancellation Policy
(Applicable to "Done For You" Service Packages)

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to adjust your engagement with our "Done For You" (DFY) marketing service. To provide you with flexibility and control, we offer the following cancellation policy for our DFY service packages:

How to Cancel:

You may cancel your "Done For You" service package at any time by:

  • Notifying our Customer Support team: You can do this by:
    • Replying to any of our communications regarding your DFY service.
    • Submitting a cancellation request through the contact form on ourĀ Contact page.
  • Clearly state your intention to cancel your "Done For You" service and provide your name and the name of the DFY package you are currently engaged with.

Cancellation Timing and Invoicing:

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process it promptly. Your service will be considered cancelled immediately, and you will not be invoiced for any subsequent billing cycles or further work on the DFY package beyond the point of cancellation.

Effects of Cancellation:

  • Cessation of Work: Upon cancellation, all ongoing work on your "Done For You" service package will cease.
  • No Further Billing: You will not incur any further charges related to the cancelled DFY service package.
  • Work Completed to Date:Ā We will assess the work completed up to the point of cancellation and discuss with you any potential adjustments or finalization of deliverables based on the payments made. Our aim is to ensure a fair outcome for both parties.

Refunds Upon Cancellation:

  • If you bill in arrears for completed milestones: In this case, cancellation simply means no further milestones will be billed.
  • If you bill in advance or have ongoing retainers:Ā As our DFY services involve dedicated resources and planning, we generally do not offer refunds for partial periods once work has commenced. However, your cancellation will be effective immediately, and no further charges will be applied.

Reactivation Policy:

If you wish to reactivate a cancelled "Done For You" service package, please contact our Customer Support team. Reactivation may be subject to a review of your previous engagement, current service availability, and potentially updated terms and pricing. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
